In other places i found, people had clocked it from 775mhz to 840/850, but my auto tune clocked it till 875, and since i installed 2 cooling fans(using my own head) next to it, the idle temperature is 25c(its winter here too), so should i keep it at 875? also the memory clock didn't bugle from 1000mhz. also the fan speed stays at 28% but since i've got two other fans, i'm assuming thats not a problem
also i think its a noobish question, but i've got a core 2 duo e7400 2.8ghz , and is the 5670 superior to the core 2 duo? (meaning can the core 2 duo handle it?)

You need to run GPU stress testing prgrams or demanding games for atleast a few hours before you can call the overclock stable, also monitor the temps with GPU-Z and make sure none of the temps exceed 90C

Your CPU should be fine.

Metro 2033 ran for 6hrs with temp not exceeding 55c, but at random times, the graphic driver did stop responding, I lowered the memory clock by 5hz, and the problem was gone, so is the overclock stable?

Yes your core 2 duo is a good companion for the 5670.
Outdoor temps don't really mean a lot unless you haven't paid your heating bill.
I personally don't recommend stress tests. Why abuse something when it's working fine.
Low temps and fan speeds are good.

If it managed 6 hours of metro 2033 without a problem then I'd call it stable, and your temps are incredibly low.

I put two fans in front of it,and its winter, so I guess its no surprise, I wonder what I'll see in summer.
