Help me out guys!! My pen drive is messed up (virus)

Hello,
I have a transcend 4 gb pendrive which is running very slow now- days. Inside it remains three files namely newfolder.exe, autorun.inf and rgsvr.exe.
These three are virus files and antivirus too has given up. Is there any way to remove it. Also all the applications or files which are transferred by it too comes with the same folder name with .exe extension. Whenever I open it up nothing happens but instead it slows my pc and sometimes even freeze it up. I have to end process by usig ctrl + alt + delete and then everything works fine.

Any Help!!! would be definitely highly appreciated.

If your antivirus program will let you, plug in USB drive. Then format the drive.

If that doesn't work:
The free Avira antivirus program prevents the Autorun.exe program from starting automatically.

Download the Avira package, disconnect from internet, disable current antivirus program, install Avira, reconnect internet, download updates, insert USB drive, and format it.
