my p45 platinum board was up and running. but now all 4 read lites are on. Press reset a few times and only the third lite is green. Any help will be apprecietd.

Could you provide more details? Like what were you doing when your mobo started failing?

Removing yahoo messenger prgram from the right side of windows tray. I removed one of the ram and it started up. I will try to check the memory by installing it in place of the one working to see if the memory is bad. Previously, both sticks were in green slots.
