What is the clock speed for DDR2100

You have typed that incorrectly:

There are DDR2 and DDR3.

Then, to separate the "2" and the "3" from the clock speed,
there is usually a dash "-" after that number e.g. DDR2-800.

"DDR" means Double Data Rate, so DDR2-800 / 2 = 400 MHz DRAM clock rate.

And, there is no such thing as DDR-2100 or DDR2-100.

Back to the drawing board you go!
