I have built a new computer with the following specs/

PSU: Rosewill RX750
CPU: Intel C2Q Q6600 @2400mhz
RAM: Corsair Dominator 1066mhz 4gb
Mobo: Asus p5n-d
GPU: Nvidia Gtx 260

The components have good temps and the PSU voltage seems to be fine.

The computer randomly freezes for about 2 seconds and then powers off, I have a feeling that it's my PSU, am I correct?

The RX is Rosewill's best attempt and, according to a review at jonnyguru, not too bad at all.

Do you have another system that you could try it in or another psu to hook up to your machine ?

I have the Rx 750 and the RX 950. There as been many mixed reviews on Newegg on these two units. I believe the reviews on newegg are better for the 750, but I know the 950 there are alot of bad reviews.

DellUser1 is correct about Jonnyguru giving a very good review for the RX-750. That fact is the reason I bought it in the first place, against many other members advice on changing my PSU choice when I first asked over a year ago for builders to give me advice on my first build.

I have had 0 issues with either of my Rosewill RX powersource's. They have produced clean, and stable power for me for around a year now. It may just be a hit or miss thing with them, however the ones jonnyguru got ahold of the RX 750 and RX 850 also preformed well.

Have you tried memtest yet?

Corsair is a great brand for memory, but fails have been know to happen.

I know my corsair ram went bad, which causes all sorts of problems.
