The RX is Rosewill's best attempt and, according to a review at jonnyguru, not too bad at all.

I have the Rx 750 and the RX 950. There as been many mixed reviews on Newegg on these two units. I believe the reviews on newegg are better for the 750, but I know the 950 there are alot of bad reviews.
DellUser1 is correct about Jonnyguru giving a very good review for the RX-750. That fact is the reason I bought it in the first place, against many other members advice on changing my PSU choice when I first asked over a year ago for builders to give me advice on my first build.
I have had 0 issues with either of my Rosewill RX powersource's. They have produced clean, and stable power for me for around a year now. It may just be a hit or miss thing with them, however the ones jonnyguru got ahold of the RX 750 and RX 850 also preformed well.
Have you tried memtest yet?
Corsair is a great brand for memory, but fails have been know to happen.

I know my corsair ram went bad, which causes all sorts of problems.
