Overclocking athlon xp 2400

I want to oc my xp 2400. What changes in bios are safest and best? I inderstand I need to keep the memory in sync with the cpu. Id like to bump it up arond 200-300mhz. This seems safe without overworking it. I have prepared a vent system for the cpu fan. My job gives me resources so I made a pipe the same size of the fan and sealed it to it safely and it extends from the fan thru the side of the case about a 1/2". This allows it to pull air only from outside the case which I believe is much better. Opinions welcomed. I posted mu pc specs below. Thanks.

I dont know what cooler? Its a fan/copper cooler. I assume just stock. The temp is around 27-30c

We need slow down your RAM frequency before rise the FBS (the only way to overclock your CPU since has locked multiplier), so, go to your BIOS and set the DRAM frequency to the slowest possible.

Actually the multiplier gives me many different options. Now it is on 7.0x/15.0x

Ok, set it to the lowest possible. After that we need change the FSB or Referece clock (200MHz), so, rise it in little steps. You will see your CPU frequency rise as well as your DRAM frequency, HT frequerncy and NB frequency.
