Hi Guys,

I have i7 950 and planing to ocing 4.2 with air cooling or higher with water cooling.

I'm looking for new mobo and I was looking at ASUS R3E or EVGA E770. After reading many reviews, I decided to go with EVGA. But now, I'm stuck with E770 or E762.

I don't need 4-Way SLI. However, I found that E762 is $70 cheaper ($280 after $100 rebate) than E770 ($350 after $20 rebate).

I like SATA 6G and USB3.0 features of E770 but are they worth to pay $70 more for?

I have i7 920 sitting in the box and trying to put this back into my current mobo and give to someone. So, I need new mobo but can't decide which one should I go with.

I'm also planning to get second GTX 460 for SLI and water cooling my pc.

Please help. lol

My current system is

HAF X
i7 950 @ 4.0GHz with Venomous-X Black
X58A UD3R Rev. 2.0
EVGA GTX 460 SC EE
Corsair Dominator 6GB
Corsair 850W PSU

Thanks in advance
