Hey i have been trying to fix this for the past couple of days now and am really stumped. I have a laptop that had a heating issue i replaced all the parts except for the processor and its does not even get hot but the processor thinks it is i checked the temperature and its no where near the safety limit. Is the a way to reset the processor so it stops thinking its overheating?

Well, if it runs fine, then it doesnt matter what it thinks haha. If it doesn't affect the performance or stability, then don't worry about it.
