ok.i need a graphic card below RS 3000.i have a 450 watts power supply.pci-e slot.want to play all games in medium settings.

List the rest of your computers specs and either take a picture of the sticker on the psu or link to it...or list the 12v amps

You could get a ATI Radeon HD 4770.

Uh not exactly. It converts to $60, but effectively you get a $40 card for that currency (Prices in India are high) So for that price you cannot play all games on medium. Perhaps if you extended your budget and got a 4670, that would do.
