As I performed a mem test on my computer, I spotted that my memories are recognized by my PC as DDR3 and with CAS at 5-7-7-24 while they are DDR2 with CAS 5-5-5-15. Should I do make any changes in the settings that affect my memories? If I should please give instractions about how to do them.
Hello and welcome to the forums Is BIOS reporting them ?
Because i had 4GB DDR2 800 RAMs with 4-4-4-15 timings and BIOS showed that timing but CPU-Z reported them as DDR3 RAMs with 7-7-7-20 timings,so it was a problem with CPU-Z,so check with BIOS if it shows 5-7-7-24 then set it to 5-5-5-15

Well, as you obviously have DDR2 RAM, I think whatever program is giving you that information is incorrect.
In any case, it is always a good idea to manually set the RAM Speed, Timings and Voltage in the BIOS.
If you have not already done so, manually set these as Corsair recommends.

Well thanx both of you for your answers and for your welcome...I set the timings to 5-5-5-15 and I saw notable difference at the booting time...That's cool :-)
