Well, yesterday I upgraded my RAM. I bought 2 GSKILL 512 MB 400MHZ PC3200 DDR ram sticks and I noticed that they are running at 133Mhz each. So that is 266 MHz and I need 400 MHz. I found an option in BIOS that allows me to adjust memory freq. but there is only AUTO and 266 MHz option. My motherboard is ASUS P4P800-VM. FSB = 399MHz. Also, I've adjusted the CAS and RAS stuff, so those values are the following:
CAS Latency(CL) = 2.5 clocks
RAS to CAS Delay = 4 clocks
RAS to precharge = 4 clocks
Cycle time = 8 clocks
Just like it says on my RAM sticks(2.5-4-4-8). And the max voltage i can set is 2.65V
