Help I don;t know if my Dell Croaked Out!

Hello,

Hi I have an issue with my old Dell Laptop running on XP - I turn it on and the Windows XP welcome screen comes up - I press Control Alt Delete - and NADA! Does anyone know if this means my computer is dead? Thanks! Oh I also tried Control Shift Escape and still nothing, Task Manager is not responding. Thanks!

Try using a different keyboard, a wired one if possible.
