I would shut down the system and remove the battery for a few seconds to be sure the bios is reset. If you used the cmos jumper, check it's position to be sure it's in the "run" setting. Otherwise, I would order a new bios chip from asus if yours isn't soldered on. There's alot of posts lately about bad bios flashes. You'd be doing a service by recommending against it. Many bios flashes are totally unnecessary and you can see what sometimes happens.
