i just uninstalled nortons internet security in favor of avg and zone alarm but i can not get on the internet and when i did a diagnostic it said i need to change the settings for my firewall for ports 21,443,80 but i dont have a firewall set up yet what do i do?

Zone Alarm is a firewall. If installed, did you configure it?
