Error 1131/Source File Issues

I'm trying to install Windows '07 Home/Student. In the middle of the process, I get a message... "Error 1131, Source file not found, D:\PA561401.CAB. Verify the file exists and that you can access it."

I have NO idea what this means or what to do about it. Any suggestions? I'm not tech-oriented. Justa general user.

Hi...sometimes it's the simplest things. At the advice of a true 'Tech-Guru' friend, I went to Control Panel - 'change/remove programs' and uninstalled Office 2003. Then I did an 'add program' using the disc and Voila', it worked. Seems Microsoft doesn't have the ability to detect their own programs and advise doing this, they just pop in with indecipherable messages that drive folks like me nuts! All better now. I hope this little tid-bit helps someone else...
