Hi, can anyone recommend a good professional motherboard for Core 2 Duo Processor without on board VGA and Audio?

You can search newegg.com with items like that - try power search.

Integrated graphics are OK if you don't plan on gaming a ton. Some have decent onboard GPUs, but nothing spectacular.

It depends on how much you want to spend, and what you want to do with it.
