Hello out there, I just purchased the Webcam Basic Model IC50C with all the goodies. As I was installing the software a warning came up indicating the the software hadn't passed the "Windows Logo testing" and that I need to contact the vendor. So what do I need to do?

Hello out there, I just purchased the Webcam Basic Model IC50C with all the goodies. As I was installing the software a warning came up indicating the the software hadn't passed the "Windows Logo testing" and that I need to contact the vendor. So what do I need to do?

Essentially you are being notified that your system may become unstable if you install the device (drivers do not conform to Windows stds).

Contact the support section on the site for the Manufacturer of the device.
