Ok, so do you know what it means for the system memory? The graphics card has its own set of ram dedicated to textures (so the GPU has much faster access to it). Memory clock (MHz) is the speed of said memory (cycles per second), memory interface is the width (bits) of the ram connection (data transferred per cycle) and memory size (MB) is the amount of memory located on the card.
Come on guys give the OP a break, to my mind asking here at least there is a fair chance the answer is going to be right.

Do you want to know this with a view to the info helping you pick a card ? or are you just curious as to the workings of a GPU ?
If its the first then I'm sorry to say that its way more complicated than that, ATI and Nvidia use a different method or Architecture, which in itself uses different but similar component to achieve the same end. As such its impossable to just compare the main specs of differant GPU's and know which is better.
