Channels Not Coming In

To everyone:

I live in Georgia but am getting NY Directv service channels. I can get
all the major channels from the NY feed (CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX) but I
cannot get any other NY local channels (like UPN, WB, PBS, WLIW etc)

Whenever I change to one of the non-major channels all I get on the
screen is the "Program not available in your area" message. Does anyone
else have a similiar problem or can at least explain to me why I can
get some NY channels, but not the others?
