Does anyone have experience with the Scythe Mugen 2 using a second Scythe fan as push/pull?
Earlier I asked a question about finding a cooler that will fit in my case. After pulling my stock heatsink and measuring my case, I found it will fit a larger cooler than I first thought. I use my computer for rendering video and HTPC. I don't play video games. I plan to overclock the computer for rendering the video. HD can sometimes take while using Adobe Encore. My stock cooler isn't cutting it when overclocked. I would like a cooler that I can overclock but also use PWM functionality of motherboard to be near silent when not under load. I would rather purchase a cooler that is lower cost than the elite as long as there is only a little drop in performance. I want a cooler that I can use in a cross-flow orientation for my AM3 1075T.
Low noise, Low cost, Cross-Flow, High cooling, under 160mm height, using lower profile ram
I've read two reviews that seem to contradict each other using the Scythe Mugen 2 with push/pull orientation. Has anyone else done this?
