My new video card won't get detected.

Hey guys this is the new video card i got http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspag [...] 8072179509

I hooked up my video card run my computer installed it's drivers. but when i restarted my computer still no video card is still detected I tried disabling my onboard video card but once i go back to my desktop window's automatically installs my onboard video card. yet no detection of any new device. I tried changing some stuff in bio's and set my main video to PCI E that doesn't work either... please help me :(!

Open up the case and check to make sure everything is connected to the card including the axuilary power cable. Also make sure that your PSU meets the minimum requirements for the card and that it is in the correct slot.

Well, it would be the only place that looks like a plug wuold go on the card, usually at the end that doesnt have teh monitor outputs, or the edge away from teh motherboard near thecorner.

I'm sure there are pictures and such in the manuel

ugh, psu is only 220w, that might not be good

Yes return it there is no way it will work unless you upgrade you PSU first.
