Hello,
my hxd2 500gb external hard disk has some problems with the connector.the part where we plug the small side of the cable which is inside thehard disk is not working.it will be great to know from where do i get that component

The best bet would be to contact the manufacturer. If you have data that needs to be saved, do that first. If you can not access the data, there are firms that can retrieve that even from bare platters.
That being said, I think it is cheaper to get a replacement HDD and put it inside the enclosure.
