WMP10 Protected files

Hi,

Can someone please help!

Since downloading WMP10 I have been unable to play my WMA files that have
protected licences. I have followed all the info on the Microsoft website
and this has not helped.

The problem is when i try to play(or copy) one of these files a message
appears saying it needs to downlaod a security component update, I click Ok
to this and after trying to download it I get an error message saying there
was a problem while updating.

Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know of any solutions???
