am going to buy a card this week.my only option are


sparkle nvidia geforce 8400GS 512 MB DDR2

sparkle nvidia geforce 9400 GT 512 MB DDR2



DONT SUGGETS ANY OTHER CARDS.{HAVE SO MANY REASONS}



JUST SAY WHICH ONE IS BETTER??PLEASE

well, what r u using the computer for, that might depend on which one to get, if you are just doing office like tasks, get the cheaper one, if you need a little 3d acceleration, the 9500GT is a better card, if gaming, well.....save your pennies and get a better card latter, neither would give even half A$$ed performance

Think the 9400 GT uses less power so less heat.

i would say sell some newspapers to earn some money so you can buy a decent card.

I don't get people who post this. Clearly he doesn't want to and those are his options. He is asking you to help him choose not to judge on his decision to not get a better card!!

The 9400GT is the better card from the ones listed. I would get it even if you are not going to use it for anything too intense over the 8400.
