Help on deciding for parts for a new System

Hi all,

I will be building a new system very shortly and will need to upgrade some parts in order to do so:

-CPU
-Mobo
-Water Cooling Kit
-RAM
-PSU
-Graphics Card (maybe)

As far as a CPU goes, I am looking towards:

-AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition
-Intel Q6600 Quad Core (or similar model)
-Intel Core i7

Mobo:

-depends on the CPU

RAM:

-Corsair Dominator QUAD2X4096-8500C5DF http://www.corsair.com/products/dominator/default.aspx
-Corsair Dominator-GT TR3X6G1866C7GTF or TR3X6G2000C7GTF (for Core i7)

PSU:

-anything that is at least 1000W

Water Cooling:
-I would like to build a custom kit, although if there is a relatively inexpensive kit that comes premade and is proven good, I will go for it

Parts not required:
-keyboard & mouse
-software
-monitors
-case
-sound

Budget
-I'd Like to be under $3000, best case $2000 CAD if possible

What its used for:
-gaming, mutitasking, high-performance

OCing:
-I will be OCing CPU & GPU (maybe RAM)
-Running Crossfire/SLI for sure

Approx. Purchase Date:
-in about a month or two

Preferred Website:
-Canadian, but US is fine if its cheap
-need a good deal, don't care from what site

Unless you do a quad/tri sli or similar setup in crossfire, a 1000W PSU will be overkill.
