I am not very knowledgeable in this area and as such I was just wondering if someone could give me a quick answer to my oc question. I built a desktop this week and have an i7 2600k with a noctua d14 cpu cooler and oced it to 4.5ghz. After running prime95 for about 2 hours, my max temp was 69C and thought this number seemed slightly higher than what I thought it should be. My core voltage is 1.344 which I don't think I can go much lower. It looks like the cores usually sit around 62-65c when running prime 95 but I just don't know if this is a reasonable temp with the cpu cooler I have. Just a simple "yes, this temp is stable for prime95" or "no, lower cpu and/or voltage to get within x limit" would be great. Thanks in advance.
