Both are very good mobo,

In this case, get the ASUS (IMO), this have 8+2 phases, that is very good for overclock and save energy.

8 phases of power for the CPU, 2 for the RAM and north bridge. This mean that the power regulation is done in 8 phases for core voltage and in 2 phase for NB voltage and RAM. ASUS uses double inductors for each phase to split the load to more components and thus increase longevity and decrease temps.

Thinking for cpu cooler the Rifle V8 or maybe something u recamend and now it comes to thermal paste which one should be good enough? i plan on ordering this stuff Monday and maybe another 5870 all ready have 1 i want to use 4 lol or do u think i should stick with 1?

Yes, change your Gigabyte for the ASUS, in this case is the best option. The phases power isn't exclusive from ASUS, the big manufacturer as MSI, Gigabyte has too, but ASUS is a very good on this.

For the CPU cooler, if you have the money, is better that choose a Liquid Cooling System, if isn't possible, here are some CPU cooler that are very good.

2- http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_ [...] r_am2.html (THIS DON'T COME WITH THE FAN)
3- http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/pr [...] d=MjExMQ==

and for the thermal compound:

1- http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_ [...] ll_cf1.htm
2- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835100007

Finally, with one 5870 is more that enough, think that for add more that one GPU, you must have good PSU that support x-fire or quad-fire, and that comes with PFC active.

Cheer!, and of course that I can teach to you some stuffs
