Been searching and the only thing I found close to it was:

DFI LP JR 790GX-M3H5 AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] _-13136068

but it has dual PCI-e running only at x8/x8... not x16/x16...

Anyone know where I could look for one or has anyone seen one?

I wouldn't worry too much about PCIe x8 vs x16, even on a 5870 the performance difference is marginal:

Anyway, here's one board that does have 2 PCIe x16 slots - in fact, it has 4 of them. 2 of them will run an SLI pair at x16
Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI Quad Royal

In addition, there's the MSI K8N Diamond Plus

Mongox, you might of mis-read what I wrote.. I was looking for a microATX with dual x16 PCIe not a regular ATX. There are a quite a few regular ATX board out there that have what I was looking for, but no microATX... But after reading the above link, there is only a 2% difference when adding 2 5850 cards on a x8/x8 motherboard compared to a x16/x16. Thanks tho.

I found the MSI 790FX-GD70 is a monster that can do crossfirex dual x16

up to 4 PCIe cards.. the last two are at x8
