I am building my own PC and want to use 3 disks (RAID 5). I am thinking of going for a Q8200 or Q6700 CPU, 4GB Corsair RAM, Sapphire HD 4830 512MB GDDR3 graphics, Antec 300 Three Hundred Black Case (No PSU), Corsair 450W VX Series PSU - ATX12V v2.2 and Samsung SH-S223Q/BEBN 22x DVD±R, 8x DVD±DL, DVD+RW x8/-RW x6, x12 RAM SATA L/scribe Black OEM +Nero..
I need recommendations for the following:
Motherboard which will support 3 SATA disks in RAID 5 and a CPU cooler…
Also, any comments on the above spec would be welcome…
The most important thing is to keep the data safe… I will only be using the PC for standard MS Office apps, internet and movies…. I don’t do much gaming but I do some image editing… I don’t intend to overclock also…
