amd 3200+ @ 2.01ghz
1gb ram
mobo whit nforce 4 chipset

Really depends on what CPU you are going to get. There is no point having an awesome GPU and a rubbish CPU because the CPU will bottleneck. Same the other way around. If your on a tight budget I would look at either an nvidia 9600GT or ATI 4770/4850 for your graphics card and at least a good dual core or a quad core CPU. All of these will require a new mobo. Make sure you get at least 2gb of DDR2 RAM for your system so it runs smoothly. RAM is pretty cheap now so if you can stretch to 3/4GB you will see an improvement in performance.

Thanks man

hmmmm... so maybe i should look on these components:

Intel Pentium DC E5200
3GB of RAM DDR2 800MHz
Asus P5QL PRO whit P43 chipset
Ati HD4770

will this run crysis at very high 1024x768 in DX10?
and will my old HDD ( Western Digital 160GB 7200rpm 8MB) will bothelneck me? ( i know little about HDDs)

Add these. If you old HDD is PATA, get a SATA one. Same for DVD drive.

Memory: Crucial 4GB DDR2 SDRAM 800
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-S223F 22X DVDR SATA
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS 320GB SATA
Antec 300 case
BFG LS-550 PSU.

I would go with an AMD 720 in your case...since your budget should allow it i believe....you will see ALOT better performance from that cpu and it has alot of overclocking capabilitys so you won't have to worry about a big cpu bottleneck for a few years...and as recommended before go with the 4770

Keep in mind that the AMD 720 is tri core...and that anything you could afford from intel will soon be discontinued...which means you would have to upgrade your motherboard when that e5200 isn't enough and its not the best to begin with since most games are going to favour and give added performance to tri and quad core systems....

Ohh and btw aslong as your current case that the old build is in has decent holes or slots for fans just smack some fans on it to make sure it can cool well and use that for the time being to save a few bucks....you will also need a new psu in case you didn't know

If you want a stronger system in the long run with sure upgrade-ability go with the amd setup...others can do all the recommending and crap for brands and parts wise...

And don't worry about your HDD it will work just fine...please take the time to consider what iv suggested....alot of users here will agree with me when i say this is your best bet....heh maybe someone will

XFX GTS250 will run on that motherboard
EPU is some kind of a powersaving unit. It includes power savings on: CPU, HDD, VGA and fan (it's probably the CPU fan) This is the 4-Way EPU that the P5QL PRO provides
EPU includes power savings on only on ASUS VGAs
That XFX GTS250 will run on P5QL PRO, but won't have power savings on that XFX VGA cause it's not an ASUS VGA
