What if anything was changed or happened immediately before the problem arose?
Do you have any other diagnostic tools or info - beeps or lights?
What PSU do you have and what are your other components?
Disconnect all USB devices, if any (initially including mouse and keyboard), to see if it makes any difference.
Check all connections - including those from device to mobo.
Inspect the connectors and board for any signs of damage - charred spots (on mobo or connectors) or bulging capacitors.
Remove all but one stick of memory and try that one stick in different slots
At some point you may need to remove the mobo battery to reset the BIOS. How old is computer? If over several years old, might need to replace the CMOS battery. Note that this will remove any BIOS changes you have made manually.

Do you have access to another PSU to try?
I also pulled the bios battery when I disconnected everything because I got power on but no bios beeps.
