Is 1000W enough juice for tri SLI 285s?

I don't have three 285s now, but this is for down the road if I want to do it. Is the Corsair 1000W HX Series good enough to handle three 285s along with two hard drives, i7, etc.?

Yes. A good 1000W will work fine for that system (and the Corsair is an excellent PSU).
