wmp 9.0 comes along as built in with almost all windows mobile 2003 powered
devices.

if you have 2003 device and still doesnt have the wmp application u have to
refer to the device manufacturer (HP) or check the companion cd.


afaik: theres no seperate package for wmp 9.0 for pocket pc.
