My friend recently got water cooling for his system.. and he got his i7 to 5GHz with it.

I was wondering if anyone could explain to me what water cooling is, the cost of it (monthly water change?), and maybe give me a list of things I should get if I am going water cooling.

My PC:
EVGA E758
i7 920 D0
Dominators 6GB
Cosair 1000HX PSU
GTX 275 x 2
HAF 932
Seagate Barracuda 500GB x2

Do i need to change my motherboard with a water block one or the Graphics with waterblocks?

Water cooling is simply an alternative means of cooling your processor with a system that uses water or other solution rather than just a heatsink and fan.
