Unable to get Display in TV using VGA Cable

Steps Performed:

Customer was using DVI to VGA convertor and connecting the TV using VGA Cable, where he is getting Error “0033” on the bottom right corner.
Tried another port and Monitor Self test passed
Using 40” Monitor there is No Video on the screen.

Default resolution on the card may not be correct for the display. If they have another monitor, hook it up and power it on. See if the desktop is visible. Then hook up the 40 in monitor as a secondary display. In control panel, set the correct resolution then switch the primary and secondary displays so that the 40in one is primary.

Card supports a resolution of max 256 * 1600 - (Dual Link DVI) & VGA 2048 * 1536

Unfortunately no secondary monitor available at the moment , would try to arrange one later
