You WILL HAVE TO! upgrade your ram to atleast 2gbs...its only like 20$ though so no sweat...your cpu should do just fine in L4D due to the source engine being all friendly with the low end cpu's....

Those are all workstation cards (so I'm not sure how well they'd do in games). I've never heard of a PCI-E 1x gaming card.

Athlon II X2 250 3.0GHz > GA-MA770T-UD3P > Sapphire ATI 4650 512MB DDR3 > 4GB OCZ Platinum 1600MHz@1066MHz > XP/Win7 Enter 64

Provided it is a x16 physical slot that only runs at X1 all PCI-E graphics cards should work but would have a massive bottleneck.

I think he means a true 1x slot (since he says he doesn't want to cut anything and the slot is not open).

Wow, good find! You can look up a normal 9500GT in the THG charts (or any other review) to see if it performs the way you want it to. Hard to say though if the 1x would limit it.

no, it's just slangs and bad grammar.

Engrish is the improper use of english stemming from differences with East Asian languages.
