DDR2 prices gone up ?

I'm just noticing that it seems DDR2 prices have shot up recently... DDR2 was dirt cheap for a while but now that I need to buy some I can't find a cheap set anywhere!

This after I sold 3 2gb ddr2-6400 modules in the deals section for $10 each a few weeks ago !!!


Anybody else noticing that the prices have gone up and ddr3 prices have dropped? hopefully it doesn't get worse and to the point of ddr, where it's usually 2 times the cost of ddr2.

Yes. Going up for awhile now. Fry's has some pny 4gb of pc6400 for $39.99 after rebate, which is better than most deals; also the phenom II 710 for $49.99 today.
