Top rated motherboards 2009

I need a replacement motherboard for my water cooled setup with intel 2 duo processor socket 775 E6850 with Asus striker extreme nforce 680i chipset and nvidia geforce 8800 gtx 768 video and 4 gb ddr2/800 dual memory. The existing Evga DDR2 nvidia 680I SL with 3 way suupport has been discontinued. I'm at a loss as to a replacement mb that will be compatible with my system. Thank you for any help....Graci

Hi zipzoomflyhig...thank you for the reply....I regret I'm not computer saavy and have to look up "everything"....with no experience or knowledge about computers. Info says that the Intel P45 motherboard doesn't support SLl.....can you think of another board that "does" support SLl? Thank you again for your response. graci

chedrz....thanks.....I did think of that but didn't know if the SLI was needed for something more than just video cards......ONE is just fine with me, the graphics are really nice on the 8800........graci
