Hello all,

Have a dell xps 400, and trying to add 2gb for a total of 4 gb. System will load with 3gb, not four. THought maybe it could be a voltage problem, and wanted to increase ram voltage if possible, but couldnt find option in bios. Any suggestions?

Is the new RAM certified to be compatible? You can't adjust RAM voltage on most OEM PCs.

Thx for the reply. According the RAM manufacture (corsiar) the ram is compatible.

Does it have the same characteristics as the original RAM? You can use CPU-Z to verify the SPD tables.
