You should get G.Skill 1333 Ripjaws with CL=7 and 1.5V. Only $88.99

Do you know if that RAM will block my heatsink because of the raised heatspreader fins? I have a xigmatek hdt-s1283

LOL, actually, I do know about how tall it is. You'll have to measure the clearance yourself. Take a look at this graphic:
http://home.roadrunner.com/~expertpc/toms/RAMCompare-G.jpg

Notice the RAM on the upper left and lower right is G.Skill Ripjaws. It's actually DDR2 but they are the same size as DDR3. So unshielded RAM is about 30mm's high. And the tallest G.Skill (Pi) there is about 50mm's. So, I'd estimate the Ripjaws is no more than 40mm's high. If you have RAM in it already, just measure the space left above it. If it's more than 10mm's you should be fine. I had to pop the fan off my cooler to put my tall Pi RAM in, which was easy enough. And you can always use your 2nd set of slots, but I feel better leaving them open and easy to put more in.

(I created this image to help people figure out how to measure RAM from pictures of it. If you know the green part, the regular module, is 30mm's, you can estimate the other numbers.)
