I have 3 computers on 24/7 with 2 of them are semi high end computers and 2 have LED's.. oen is a 600 watt, 1 is a 380 watt and the other im not sure its prob about 300 watts, my question is how much electricity a month would all 3 of these use or how much would my electric bill increase, thanks for the help, sorry not sure if this is the right place to be asking this question, thank you.

When not in use, puters drop into "sleep" mode using just a fraction of the normal power consumption. Let's say 10 watts (I've measured lower) and 8 hours a day of actual usage ...16 in sleep mode. US average electric cost is 10 cents per Kw

10W * (1kW / 1000W) * (16h * 30) * $0.10/kWh = $0.43 per month x 3 puters = $1.29 a month

Note: In this example, (see pg 3) Dell Dimension 4600 uses 8 watts in sleep mode
