I am using a VPN connection to connect to my home computer..that gets dynamic IP address from my ISP each time i reset the router. I have configured my home computer as a server using DynDNS's service. So that I can connect to my home computer using a VPN connection.

I would like to know how do I reset this IP address of my home computer from the client(say a PC at workplace) Without asking someone at my home to reset the router and/or without disconnecting ?

Is there any software that accomplishes this ?
Any software that can change IP address every 5 or so minutes ?
Is is possible if I use remote desktop connection ?

Why would you want to reset the IP address? To automatically lose your connection? Have you tried to reset the router once you're connected to your home computer? It doesn't matter how you do it, you should normally get disconnected.
