Dell 9100 motherboard video card

Hi everyone, new to this. I recently bought Aion and my dell 9100 can't handle it(ati X600) Looking to upgrade 1)my ram, 2) my video card. I just don't know how to tell what I can use(DDR,DDR-2 or -3) or what type of video card I have(Pci, Pci-e etc) Computer info. Dell 9100 Dual core 2.8mhz 1gb ram(2 512 chips) 160gb HD ati X600 windows XP media 20in widescreen dell monitor 375 stock psu
