i need help brand new build and i havent installed windows turns out i need to update the bios

Since we don't know what motherboard you have, I strongly suggest that you read the manual. It should contain instructions on flashing the BIOS. Several motherboards allow flashing the BIOS from a USB key through a BIOS built-in utility.
