Universal Remote HD Converter Killing Hard Drives.
I have a USB remote HD converter that will take SATA or EIDE drives. It's killed about 3 drives now. They won't boot, even hardwired to any of my other computers. The system just won't "see" them. My question is: what might it be doing to the drives and what can i try doing to recover them?
