Dont go for 1Gb as it has lower clock speeds.
Go for 512 MB HIS Iceq Version . That is faster than nithers(atleast a bit).
Instead of going for Crossfire go for a HD 4770. That is a beast at that price.

I want to get this graphics card aswell. Does anyone know if it will work on a 300 watt psu with 18amps on the 12vails.

I would strongly recomment the 4670 Sapphire with DDR4 Memory. I did a lot of research, and found the faster memory helps over the overclock of the HIS Iceq GPU. Also, if you have a well ventelated case, you should not have any problem overclocking the Sapphire DDR4's GPU 30mhz where the HIS is clocked at. There are some pretty good reviews, I will find and post here showing the above. Also what brand is your PSU with only 300 Watt I would suggest strongly the 4670. the 4770 will probably be a bit to much for it.

The best Radeon HD 4670 of them all is the HIS IceQ 512mb Turbo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814161252

If you don't have room for a dual slot graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814102820
