I am looking to replace the stock cooler for my new build. Here are the relevant details of the build first.

MB: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX
CPU: Phenom II X4 940 AM2+ BE
Case: COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black

I'd like a CPU cooler under $50 that is quiet. I plan on mildly overclocking (just a little pushing of the multiplier only) but do not plan on increasing any voltages beyond stock. Whatever cooler I purchase, I'd like it to be compatible with AM3 and AM2+.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
