GoFlex or MyBook Essential?

Hi
I am wanting to buy a USB 3.0 3TB hard drive. What do you think is better out of:
The Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/FreeAgent-GoFlex-7200RPM-Black-STAC3000200/dp/B0043E58D8/ref=sr_1_19?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1291389117&sr=1-19 which would mean buying a USB 3.0 adapter for

or the Western Digtal MyBook Essential:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Book-Essential-External-Hard-Drive/dp/B0047VJ428/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1291390440&sr=1-1

Not sure what to go for.
Thanks

More about goflex mybook essential
  1. I have been very happy with the WD My Books. I have 750 GB and 1.5 TB My Books and a 2 TB Essentials.

I don't have a USB3 Motherboard yet, but the Essentials works fine with the USB2 adapter that WD shipped with it.
