I bought G Skill DDR3 Ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and it's 1600. However when looking in bios it's set at 1333.

How do I change it to 1600? Thanks in advance!!

You will also need to manually set the timings and voltage for the RAM

This. There should be memory options somewhere in BIOS where you can set voltage, frequency and timings.

I have that same RAM. It defaults to 1333 in BIOS

Go into your BIOS and locate the RAM settings. There should be an manual option setting to set the speed & 1600 mhz should be one of those options
