hey, I'm looking at buying a new laptop for school,
so i need it for some 3d modeling, general work, and moderate gaming.
i was looking at the HP DX 16-1354
P7350 2.0 Ghz, 500 Gb HDD (5400) 4 Gb ddr2 800Mhz
and an Nvidia GeForce GT 130M with 1 Gb

i was wondering if this processor is fast enough, or if it will bottleneck my graphics card.
heres the link to futureshops website HP X16-1354CA

if you have any other laptop reccomendations in the same price range, feel free to post them.
I am not a computer expert, but am knowledgeable.
cheers

there is ncix.ca (Vancouver based, gooo shipping, no PST tho) and newegg.ca (huge mother ass shipping and border import costs for newegg.ca, not worth it) or if you are in toronto or generally ontario like me then canada computer offers a great alternative when you take into shipping into account (and some things like LCD you may not want to buy online).
